Morning Motivation

Grand Rising my fellow reader. As I sit here at my desk typing this message to you, I cannot help to gravitate in my mind back to my past a few years ago. Where things in my life were not so well. At the time in my life where I became a single mother and life just hit all at once. Finding out that I have Bipolar 1 disorder, and not knowing really which direction I should go. This was around the same time when I had my awakening after leaving my youngest daughter’s father. It was a very tough time for me; I was uncovering everything that was hidden from me and well as who had been going against me, my entire life. Devastated but knowing that everything happens for a reason and realizing that I myself needed to set healthier boundaries.

Always remember to set healthy boundaries for yourself and for those around you as well. Do not allow yourself to cross your own boundaries and discipline yourself when you do catch yourself breaking them. Even with the people around you, when your boundaries are crossed pull back your energy, take it back and ground yourself and reflect on the situation to better understand why the boundaries were crossed to begin with and ask yourself. “What could I have done differently to make sure that they do not get crossed again”?

Finding a way to make sure you can remind yourself that your boundaries are set. Write them down and keep a list of them. This will allow you to remember what you have set for yourself and for others; and make sure you stand on them.
